Welcome back to my Oakville-Milton housing market blog! We have seen a shift in the housing market: Bank of Canada hiked interest rates 1/4% and the home price index (HPI) for single family and town houses has dropped, but apartments / condos still grew somewhat.
The median Oakville-Miton residential sale prices have fallen - see below: “Oakville’s median residential sale price for the month of June was $992,500 an increase of 28.48 per cent from $901,777 compared to June 2016.
