We are now completing two new homes in Waters Edge.  We have started one more this week and look forward to its completion in Feb 2010

Three homes have closed escrow in the month of March in Kingsland, St Marys and the rest of Camden County GA.  We currently have only 502 single-family homes on the market.  Our average DOM is only 185.

We are fortunate to be way ahead of the curve under the current state of the union.  I attribute this to our exceptional climate, location to major international airports in Jacksonville Florida and Brunswick GA.  Our proximity to Federal law Enforcement Training Center and the NSB Kings Bay; which are consistently hiring and increasing employment.  We have a state of the art hospital complex, Camden Hospital and other hospitals such as the Mayo Clinic and Baptist Medical Center.

Now is the time to build. Cost are at an all time low.  Builders are not in a hurry to make any spec homes and their inventory is getting smaller. They are now actively pursuing new customers. They are offering land/home packages and are eager to build on your existing lots.
