FHA Lifts Ban on Flipping Houses

With inventories higher then desired the FHA Lifts Ban on Flipping Houses in 2012. How long they will keep this in play is unknown but for the foreseeable future investors are being encouraged by the FHA to purchase homes and if desired sell them prior to the 90 day hold previously required. With the FHA Lifting the Ban on Flipping Houses many more homes will be an opportunity to the investment community.

As we come into the the new year 2012, sales in the coastal region of St Marys, GA Real Estate are very favorable. We are seeing an increase in new comers to the area because of our climate, cost of living and way of life. St Marys, GA Real Estate, NSB Kings Bay are moving quickly as the inventory of home in the village has been reduced to bare pickins.
