As we move into a new year for real estate, I think 2010 will continue to be great for first time home-buyers. I think a quick analysis of 2009 would be helpful in seeing how the real estate market is about to change. The 1st Time Home Buyer $8,000 Tax Credit proved to be a great success in 2009 which led to an extension into 2010.
