April 2012 Sales in Clermont FL for "34711" Zip Code was slightly lower than March 2012.
There was a total of 65 Sales, 8 were REO/Bank Owned listings, 15 were Short Sales. Average marketing days was "41"!!! 28 out of 65 Sales in Clermont area were "Cash" transactions, 19 were Conventional Loans, 8 were FHA, 4 were VA loans.
