I have often wondered, should I become a notory, an appraiser, home inspector, loan officer, escrow officer,title officer, ect...  I also, wondered if I could do a couple of things at the same time.  Do any of you do more then on field in Real Estate?  How is it working or not working?do you recommend it?In your opinion, what are the pros and cons?  Are there a couple of fields that work better then others together?What do you feel about Real estate offices that offer mortgages, escrow and title services all under the same roof?  What are the downfalls?  What is good about it?Thank … (10 comments)

My mother in law called and said that my uncle can not talk because he has been incubatd.  He can communicate by pointing out words. He told the hospital to stop the incubation.  They pulled out the tubes, per his request.  They sent him home.  He told them that if he losses conscienceness again, not to resusitate him.  My mother told him he couldn't give up and he told him, via pointing ,"You shut up".  His wife died last year and he has been wanting to die since then.  Sorry for the downer, just want to updat you an thank you … (5 comments)

Getting Enough sleep - 04/28/07 12:44 AM
I have a hard time getting enough sleep.  I sleep 4-5 hrs a night.  Last night I got 7, but I stayed home and did nothing today. 
What do you do to make sure  you get a good night sleep, so that you are ready for the next day?  How do you relax before bed and empty your head so you can fall into a deep sleep? 
I go to bed at 1-2am and get up at 6 am.  I know I need to force myself to go to bed earlier.

A quiet sleepy town  that I love to call home.  I moved here in 99.  I sold Rainbow vacuums when I first got here.  Rosmond had an Albertsons, Taco Bell, McDonalds, Fosters and Chucks Pizza.  There wasn't much else here that I recall. 
Now, we are growing up.  We now have a Dominos, Subway, a coffee drive thru, Crazy Ottos, Auto Zone, Toms is about to open, Jack in the Box, ect.  We also have 6 new housing tracks with a couple more in the talks.

How do you handle stress?
We all have alot of stress in our lifes, with family needs, businees, friends,clients, home needs, our own needs, traffic, cars, health, ect....  How do you get perspective back and not let stress just completely run your life?

I am going to be in the market for a new car soon.  I currently have a Daewoo Lagunza and a Nissan Xterra.  My Daewoo is paid for and I only owe a few more payments on the other.  My wife wants to get a Range Rover and get rid of my Xterrra.  I am thinking about keeping the Xterra and getting a nice car.  I want something that is very comfortable for us and clients.  Something that looks great and gets good mileage.  Obviously saftey is important.  What do you all drive and what do you think of your ride?  … (215 comments)

I was doing an open house in Palmdale, Ca one Sunday afternoon,(for my daugters house no less). I placed 4 open house signs out.  I put them on dirt corners leading to the property, thinking this way they were off the road and not in anyones way.I placed them so people coming from several ways would see them.  Well, one person saw them and conficated all 4 signs, This was an hour into the open house.  I got a call about an hour later letting me know what happened(I was in the house).  … (32 comments)
