I just wanted to update you on my last deal. It is closing today. I am so excited. I was able to help a long time friend, from school, get out of her current living situation, and get a new life going. I am so thankful that she chose me. These are the times that you really love being a Realtor. Times when you are truly helping others, and not out there just to get the next deal. I love seeing people happy and moving forward in life. It seems that as time goes on, we get busier and busier, and we lose ourselves and forget about what is really important in our lives. We get so into the hussle and bussle, and next thing we know, we are in our mid forties or more, and wondering where it all went. Wondering, "what did I accomplish with my life?" When we look back, what do we see? Is there tons of love that we shared in and with others, or is it all a blur filled with some disappointments; but success comes with a price, right?

Too many times, in our day to day, we allow life to take our joy away, and then we try to pass that on to others that we have influence over. We allow circumstances to control us, our feelings and how we treat others. I just wanted to drop a quick note wishing all you Fathers a Happy Father's Day. What are your plans for this day? How are you going to spend it? What traditions do you have on this day? Who are you going to spend this time with? These are just some questions that come to my mind. I think that it is very important for us to spend as much time with our family as possible. I came across this movie this morning. It really touched a cord in me. I think it is something that we all can take something away from, especially this time of year, but shouldn't be left to only this time of year. It is about appreciation.
