I just wanted to update you on my last deal.  It is closing today.  I am so excited.  I was able to help a long time friend, from school, get out of her current living situation, and get a new life going.  I am so thankful that she chose me.  These are the times that you really love being a Realtor.  Times when you are truly helping others, and not out there just to get the next deal.  I love seeing people happy and moving forward in life.  Funny how a change of sceenery, or town can do that.  I wish … (8 comments)

Here is a little movie I just came across.  It is a great little thought provoker.

Even in a down market, someone like me can get a client, show them a few houses, have them fall in love with one, get them qualified in an hour, and now prepare to put in an offer.  There is still life in the marketplace!
I have a friend from school, who she and her fiancee, want to buy.  She emailed me about helping them move to my area.  We were able to hook up yesterday, and the rest is history.
