I just wanted to update you on my last deal.  It is closing today.  I am so excited.  I was able to help a long time friend, from school, get out of her current living situation, and get a new life going.  I am so thankful that she chose me.  These are the times that you really love being a Realtor.  Times when you are truly helping others, and not out there just to get the next deal.  I love seeing people happy and moving forward in life.  Funny how a change of sceenery, or town can do that.  I wish … (8 comments)

sold: What is happening in Rosamonds real estste (3-01-07 thru 6-18-07) - 06/19/07 10:28 AM
Here are some stats about what has been happening in the Rosamond real estate market.  The values have droped  some (actually they have adjusted to want they real should be), but not like other areas in the AV, depending on where and what type of price range.  (side note) I was driving down 14 N yesterday and saw a new home builder in Lancaster starting homes at 285000.
Anyways this is what has happened in the last quarter of the year.
We have had 190 Active listing come on the market that are still active.
