Do you remember the last time you lost your PDA?
Do you remember the last time your computer's MS Outlook was attacked by a virus?
Do you remember the day you needed an important name and phone number but you were not near your PDA or personal computer?

In addition to attending regional networking events, I began Electronic Networking on various free websites.
Active Rain   -   Plaxo   -   LinkedIn
It requires some work but like all networking relationships it requies time and energy. Some times I wonder if it is worth the investment online but this is the same way I feel about some regional events.
So I commit some time to all three sites following up on contacts and providing pertinant information - again similar to what I do at regional networking events.
