Brookline condos

Brookline condos and Brookline homes nare still holding thier value throughut this mortgage crisis. Brookline condos and Brookline homes hold their value becuase Brookline is located close to Boston for an easy commute, great school systems and a town keeping it very clean. Anyone agree with me? I would appreciate your comments.
