We are getting fighting multiple offers! - 08/11/08 12:03 AM
Despite what you hear in the media.  There are homes selling!  In the market place I am working the REO market is really HOT!  It is hot on the buyers side.  We are writing 7 to 10 offers to get one deal for out clients right now.  All of the properties are selling above list too.  Quite a few of them are selling 10% or so above the list price.
With all the media bad press it is a challenge to get the buyers to understand prices have come to a point were it is time to jump in, and jumping … (1 comments)
