Okay we have a lot people behind on their mortgage payments.  We have a good portion of people WHO REALLY NEED HELP, then we have others that are in STRATEGIC foreclosure etc....I am not judging that by the way.  I do have one question and problem, Why are the people that need the help the most DOING NOTHING?  I get people all the time asking about loan modification or wanting to do short sales that honestly REALLY HAVE NO NEED, they just WANT TO DO IT.  Then I will have other clients, friends, professional associates who really need and qualify for … (1 comments)
