Okay let's have some straight talk. Our administration is trying to set a standard of home preservation versus foreclosure. The biggest "carrot" being dangled is the TARP money. Okay my client sees a property listed at $257,900. We already lost on a property so we are not playing games. My client is putting 20% down, 700+fico score conventional financing. We offer $300,000. The property comes on the market late thursday and by monday morning there are 22 offers! My (1 comments)
