With total sales of 328 for the month of January, February was almost the same at 326, BUT March came in much higher with a total of 431 sales!!! During the month of March, sales for single-family residential homes in the price range of $0-$250,000 totaled 214 sales, for $250,001-$350,000 the total was 128 sales, for $350,001-$450,000 the total was 52 sales, for $450,001-$600,000 the total was 20 sales, and lastly for $600,000-$1,600,000 there was a total of 17 sales. This information does not include townhomes, mobile homes or condominiums. I obtained this information from MLS (Metrolist).;)
