statistics: Jefferson County Homes Sales for the Month of February - 03/05/07 01:44 PM

With total sales of 328 for the month of January, February was almost the same at 326. During the month of February, sales for single-family residential homes in the price range of $0-$250,000 totaled 193 sales, for $250,001-$350,000 the total was 81 sales, for $350,001-$450,000 the total was 31 sales, for $450,001-$600,000 the total was 16 sales, and lastly for $600,000-$1,100,000 there was a total of 5 sales. This information does not include townhomes, mobile homes or condominiums. I obtained this information from MLS (Metrolist). … (0 comments)

statistics: Arvada Homes Sales for the Month of February - 03/05/07 01:21 PM

For the month of February total home sales for the Arvada area were a little bit less than for the month of January (but I suppose there were less days too). For single-family residential homes, in the price range of $0-$250,000 there were 47 sales, from $250,001-$350,000 there were 15 sales, from $350,001-$450,000 there were 10 sales, from $450,001-$600,000 there were 5 sales. I pulled this information from MLS (Metrolist). Condos, townhomes or mobile homes were not included in my search. Remember that Arvada has a small portion of homes that fall into Adams County.
