CHARLOTTE, NC: I had a question recently from an agent up north about investing in Charlotte for income.  She is in a much higher priced area.  A few years ago before the bubble really hit Charlotte a lot of people came to Charlotte from California looking get in on the bottom of a rise in property values like they had seen in California.

CHARLOTTE, NC:  I received this question today about a home for sale in Charlotte  and thought the answer may interest more people.  So here it is:
 QUESTION:
I saw this beautiful home and wondered what it means that "the Builder to lease back minimum 1 year?"

ANSWER
The home you asked about is a builder's model.  Often when the builders will sell their decorated  models and rent them back from the new owner.  When they are finished with the neighborhood they will move on to their next one and the owner gets the house.  They rent back at  market rates and … (0 comments)

CHARLOTTE, NC : I recently received a very nice referral from an agent across the country whose family member was moving to my area.  I was thrilled to get it since it was over $1 million dollar buyer.  They are also in an industry where they were positioned to send me a lot of high end referrals of their collegues and friends.  I was determined to exceed their expectations and create some raving fans.
