      <title>Hello Active Rain, I am back from my Taiwan Taipei Trip!</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Hello Active Rain friends, I am back!!!&lt;/strong&gt; For those of you who wonders where I have been, I have been away in Asia for few weeks, visiting family, friends, and of course some business too.&lt;/p&gt;

It is great to see both of my grandmothers and other relatives, seeing everyone is healthy and happy, it was totally worth of the brutal long flight.       <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Everyday we get caught in the busy activities, sometimes we get upset about a deal, a phone call, or conversation or the market, or ...&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;But in order to move forward, push it through... it is so important to reflect what we love most about this business &lt;/strong&gt;that keeps us going and sometimes rewarding for us. It is hard for me to point out one particular part of the aspect of the business that I love the most. I sometimes love one part more than the other depending on the day of the week.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cultivate relationship with new buyers, often out of town buyers or foreign buyers.&lt;/strong&gt; These buyers are not familiar with New York Real Estate Market. I (Most of the time) enjoy in speaking with them, relate to them, build rapport, email corresponding. Education and knowledge.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Taking them out on property tour&lt;/strong&gt; (on a sunny day), introduce them to their next new home, sanctuary, and place of memory of years to come... The expression on their face when they found the 'one' is an absolute joy!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Hold their hand through out the deal transaction&lt;/strong&gt; (if they ask me to hold their hands...!), be their confident, guidence, therapist, conselor and voice of reason sometimes wisdom. &lt;strong&gt;Most of the time confident and therapist!&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Giving them the key&lt;/strong&gt; and or the deed to their home, a token of new life...now we have created some history in their lives...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Continuing that relationship with past clients and be their Real Estate source if need be.&lt;/strong&gt; Be the Real Estate source that their family and friends will call and contact. I enjoy nothing else more than when I receive a phone call from a complete stranger and they tell me about how they received my name from another past client...!&lt;/p&gt;
