For anyone thinking about buying a home in Northern Bergen County, what we are seeing is the best buyer's market in a decade.  Rates are terrific, inventory is high and you as the buyer are in a great position to negotiate the best price in many years.  So many unanswered questions linger that is causing the apprehension in today's market, Will prices go down even more?  Will interest decrease even more?  Can I get a mortgage?  All great questions.  I have a high quality team of people I work with and we can help with those questions and more.
