Just a brief walk over Highland Bridge and a right on Platte Street is tucked the Paris on the Platte Wine Bar.  A place I love after having worked there for many years.  They host a tasting every 3rd Thursday of the month.  This week it will be hosted by Wine Storage of Denver (my family business) as well as by Little Raven Vineyard Wine Shop.  They will be featuring Wine's from Argentina.  It is really a great little place.  The tastings are usually small and very informative.  

They start at 6:30 and last until about 8 usually.  The cost is $25/person or $40/couple. 

Really I am plugging them because I love the place and think it's one people often forget!  Oh they recently went non smoking if you have known them for being the last place you could smoke in Denver.
