The number one question I am asked these days by everyone I come into contact with is "how's the market?" Well I'm here to inform you of the truth on the current market conditions. Our local and national media are conveying some negative housing reports. We however, in Richmond and surrounding areas, have entered into a normal market. A normal market is defined by having four to five months supply of homes for sale. This is a good thing. It gives the buyer options that they have not had in a very long time.
