I have had the most problems with the accompany to show.  Sellers need to rethink this requirement for the viewing of their homes, if they truly want to sell their homes in the market that we are currently in, the fact of the matter they need to rethink this in any market.
Buyers are extremely uncomfortable with the Sellers Agent being present while they are viewing the home.  I have never had … (2 comments)
