I am having trouble with Chase and Wachovia in a short sale. Wachovia will not work with Chase, it took 4 months to get Chase to even respond. The poor people will go to trustee sale on March 13th, and these 2 banks who both got bail out money will work together. Chase has the 1st mortgage and Wachovia has the second.
