This time I am writing to vent about some behavior of agents in this market. I do residential, commercial and property management. I have over the past 13 years, formed a team, built 2 web sites and kept in touch by monthly newsletters with my clients. However now I have 45 plus properties that I manage for my investors and clients. This being said the past 3 to 4 months I have agents calling me all the time to show my properties when I have listed them to rent for the 100.00 finder's fee.
