There were 25 homes on the May 1, 2012, Palos Verdes real estate Broker’s Tour. Again this week, we have mostly new listings. I was only able to see 11 homes and it felt a bit like a road rally as I had to stay on task to see them in the allotted 2 hour time frame. It is interesting to note that the number of new listings coming on the market is almost the same as the number of homes selling so we still have not seen an uptick in active listings this Spring.
