Chances are, if you are in North Carolina and I notice that you are not filling in the "Bottom Part" of your blog posts... we've talked.
I know that other people have written posts about this - but I figured I'd show it again, and as I call more people, I can refer them to this page! 
Soooo after you finish writing your masterpiece blog post, you need to take a few minutes and fill in the "Tags."  These are the words someone would enter into Google to find your post.  They should probably be in 2 - 4 word "groups" with … (29 comments)

There are several online Marketing Strategies, some work really well, some don't.  Here are ones I often see:
!.  The "Choose Me To Be Your Agent" strategy is not one of the ones that I see working real well for anyone, although apparently  7,690,000 folks (or more) are using this.

2.  One of my favorite strategies is to feed consumers with information about a fairly tight niche, that's not location specific.  For instance, Green Building, Veteran Relocation, and Short Sales.

Here's Fran's Story:
In October, I received a call from a woman working at a local diner.  She moved to North Carolina in July - having worked for 14 years as a waitress in Northern Virginia.  Fran makes a base pay of $6.55 an hour, and tips.  She is in her mid 50's, and wanted to purchase her first home.
