forced busing: US 17th Largest Public School System - 12/16/07 06:06 PM

They're busing our kids in Wake County, North Carolina... They could walk to school now - but they are moving them again so that we no longer have a community school.
Price of gas has gone up - the county doesn't have enough money - so in their brilliance, WCPSS decided that new schools will be mandatory year round schools.
It's not like I haven't been paying attention, I've been involved in politics here for a LONG time - but no one wanted to listen and have their taxes go UP. NOW THAT THEIR CHILDREN are having to go to a … (1 comments)
