Remember: Satisfied clients generate referrals

I believe that one of the goals of a sales professional is to generate referrals from their clients. These referrals are evidence that you did a great job, and they will provide a source of revenue to your business in the long term. It will take 10 times or more to find a new client than to retain the client with whom you already have assisted with their real estate needs. Communication is a huge factor in retention> I always stay in touch with my clients after the closing.

WHAT ARE YOUR STRENGHTS THAT YOU BRING TO REAL ESTATE?

Most of us would like to think that first impressions don't count, but in real estate if you can't make a good first impression, you may never have a chance to let people see your skills. There are a few strenghts that help a real estate agent land clients. For example, your phone manner - are you comfortable talking with strangers? Do people open up to you easily? Self-confidence - confidence sells - if you sound as if you know what you're talking about, people will believe you. Are you good at keeping track of details? Are you organized? As a real estate agent, you will want to be aware of your energy level - and your clients. Being accesible, available and convenient to reach goes a long way with potential clients. Real estate may be stressful, but it's fun too. Reward yourself if you've had a productive week.
