I had phone a phone call from my buyer who wanted to buy a new Washer and Dryer for a new home before the closing of escrow.. . The home they were buying had very old washer and dryer and there was a great sale they could not resist. I asked them to wait till we record .. Same happens to my other buyer. They did not had a car because car was shipped to Oahu and they had to rent a car for more then a month till we record,  before they could go buy a new car,  otherwise they would not qualify … (1 comments)

Recently her school became an IB World School which means that they are an International Baccalaureate school, and there are not many IB schools on Oahu.
