Wine is on sale in Oakland CA, get your bubbly before 2011!
Everywhere I go these days, I seem to run into a wine sale. Last night while I was at Whole Foods in Downtown Oakland, they had signage everywhere about their discount on wine by the case.
Another great place to buy wine without making a trip to Napa is at Farmstead. They have two locations, one in Oakland and one in Alameda. Classes at the Crucible in Oakland
I've always wanted to take a class at the Crucible. I've been saying this for years! In fact, every time I say I want to take a class, somehow my husband teaches me a new skill. The latest was this past summer when I told him I wanted to learn how to weld and wanted to make garden art. Together we made this flower and I learned copper isn't just for plumbing.
