Follow California's Lead - 12/18/11 01:44 PM
Follow California's Lead Some say that if you want to know where the US is going because the rest of the nation will follow California's lead. That is to say we are a trend setter. I really hope not! California has passed bills to allow foreigners from Mexico to get tuition and grants to our colleges at the same rate as Californians. We have passed laws that will give cap and trade as a solution to global warming. Hurting the competitiveness of California's businesses. We are asking the people if they will allow for a higher tax rate so that the legistlature can spend

Home Sales and Prices Are Down in Orange County - 12/17/11 02:02 AM
Home Sales and Prices Are Down in Orange County The Orange County home sales and prices are down which showes the weekness in the market. Prices dropped in November, spurring more buyers into action in the Orange County market. We are all seeing a counter to the usual trend sales are increasing in November and December. The increase is not seen by the reporting agencies that look at the statistics showing the sales that are closed. We are seeing many more sales that have opened escrow. Witness in Robo Signing Case Found Dead - 12/04/11 05:00 PM
Witness in Robo Signing Case Found Dead In the first case on "robo-signing" in the nation 2 Orange County title officers had a strange twist. A notary public who was to testify in the massive "robo-signing" case was found dead in her Las Vegas home. Tracy Lawrence plead guilty in the alleged "robo-signing" case. Tens of thousands of homeowners were given default notices filed with forged signatures. Nothing yet on how that will effect the over all case against Gary Trafford and Geraldine Sheppard. This all to strange and will make a story that is far beyond a movie script.

Low Inventory In Orange County is Positive For Sellers - 12/04/11 04:41 PM
Low Inventory In Orange County is Positive For Sellers Low inventory is a challenge for Orange County, CA, which is a positive for the seller. The inventory hit a low not seen since 2006 down 371 homes in two weeks total of 9172 homes for sale. Many seller's take their homes off the market during the holidays, which could to cause a drop in inventory at the end of the year. However, have you ever though about what that means to the seller who stays on the market. There are fewer homes for the buyer to choose from and their home is more likely to be shown.
