I know...You have the best of intentions...BUT - UGH - WELL - You think about it, you plan for it but some how the execution of getting a concrete follow up system in place just does not occur. Have you ever been in the grocery store and ran into a client and feel that warm rush of shame come over you for the simple fact that YOU MISSED the final and most important part of your deal! I know I have done this more times than I care to remember!
