I know...You have the best of intentions...BUT - UGH - WELL - You think about it, you plan for it but some how the execution of getting a concrete follow up system in place just does not occur. Have you ever been in the grocery store and ran into a client and feel that warm rush of shame come over you for the simple fact that YOU MISSED the final and most important part of your deal! How many boring real estate ads have you read recently? Are you an equal housing or fair housing story by accident? I know that in my 15 years of writing real estate ads I was very guilty of using the infamous thought of "IDEAL FOR" and still today am using MASTER in describing a Master Bedroom or Bath...(I recently heard the word "Master" may make the NO NO words list! So, today in writing an ad for my new listing I caught myself again trying to describe a home that has a pool that kids would just love to play in!
