I arrived in Raleigh today to be the guest speaker to the Women's Council of REALTORS General membership meeting. As I entered the Sheraton I felt like I was entering a great convention for REALTORS as I saw tons of great billboards and professional agents proudly wearing NAR badges... Before the presentation we were all asked to introduce who we were and where we were from, as well as if we were a guest or a member or if we held any significant titles with WCR. OK - so your year is not the best ever...Or maybe, you are having a record breaking year!
Let's be honest and let's let out that wee little secret that a few of you already know.
 

The next seminar I do I am going to put a $1.00 Bill under every seat. I will tell everyone to get up, look under the seat and see what they have. Of course, they will all have a $1.00 bill and maybe someone will have a $10.00 bill and just maybe someone a $100.00 BILL!!!

You have to agree that the one topic EVERYONE is asking you right now is
"What is the market like"?
If you have a great market or if your area is seeing some changes there is no better time than RIGHT NOW to make sure that YOU are the walking knowledge of real estate in your area...
