How many boring real estate ads have you read recently? Are you an equal housing or fair housing story by accident? I know that in my 15 years of writing real estate ads I was very guilty of using the infamous thought of "IDEAL FOR" and still today am using MASTER in describing a Master Bedroom or Bath...(I recently heard the word "Master" may make the NO NO words list! So, today in writing an ad for my new listing I caught myself again trying to describe a home that has a pool that kids would just love to play in! … (7 comments)
OK - so your year is not the best ever...Or maybe, you are having a record breaking year! Let's be honest and let's let out that wee little secret that a few of you already know.
The next seminar I do I am going to put a $1.00 Bill under every seat. I will tell everyone to get up, look under the seat and see what they have.
