It was in grade school where I learned about the migration of the Monarch butterflies to Mexico, when millions and millions of butterflies fly along the Sierra Madre Oriental mountain range to spend the winter in Mexico. You would think they would go to the beach like ordinary people, but no, they stick it out in the mountains. There are years that due to climate change the temperatures dip below freezing in the mountains.
