Sometimes it astounds me, the type of homes I'm able to sell in Sacramento. This listing was one of those homes that would appeal primarily to artistic types of people, and not the general public. The sellers poured cement counters, very edgy, and employed a friend to create a giant star on the floor in the entry way. Yet, it featured obvious benefits that were most likely a trade-off.
