girl with hourglassI spent a good part of yesterday in air-conditioned comfort. It was 108 in Sacramento. Well, I did have to go out into the yard when the guys showed up to wash my car and could not figure out how to press the little up button inside the door to close the window.

I left the window open so it wouldn't be so horribly hot inside by the time they got here. Getting into a car that has been sitting in the hot sun is like crawling into a sauna and planting your butt on hot tin.

But the rest of the day I worked on my computer and talked to a plethora of Sacramento buyer's agents and home buyers. I discovered during these conversations that some home buyers and real estate agents are feeling reluctant to write an offer unless they receive a guarantee that their offer will be accepted by the seller.
