A lady called today from Florida, we've got to get out of here she said- we want to move to NC, we've visited friends there and we love it. My kids are in college she said, so it is a perfect time. After finding out that they want to buy land to build on later, I asked how many acres she was thinking about - her answer: 10 to 30.
