Word of the day: Leverage
In finance, leverage (or gearing) is using given resources in such a way that the potential positive or negative outcome is magnified. It generally refers to using borrowed funds, or debt, so as to attempt to increase the returns to equity. -Wikipedia

Wealth is a worthy goal for everyone to achieve. It would give a lot of people peace of mind to know that they could stop working and money would continue to flow into there bank account. Work gives us all a since of accomplishment and something to get up for each and every morning, but at the same time it would not hurt to have money to flow your way when you are on vacation or when you are sick.
