Well, after the abysmal report from last month, a couple of Oak Hill homes DID actually sell in the month of May 2009! And in two completely different price ranges! There are currently 45 properties on the market in Nashville's Oak Hill subdivision, ranging in price from $320,000 to $5,950,000....
