Just like the last report, this one shows a healthy amount of Green Hills Area Condo Sales.  Arden Place did seem to dominate the sales, with 6 sales. 

Nashville's Green Hills area continues to be one of the most desirable areas of Nashville in which to reside, so check out all of the condos that are for sale in the 37215 zip code!

During the months of July and August 2010, no one condo complex truly dominated the Green Hills Condo Sales.  This market report shows the rundown:

Green Hills:  Always a nice place to live, very desirable location, only ten minutes south of downtown Nashville!
Nashville's Green Hills Condos can run in price from right around $100k to over $1M, giving the buyer quite a selection while looking for a condo to live in!

Nashville's Green Hills Area Condo Sales: May and June 2010 Market Report

There were a healthy number of condo sales (36) during the months of May and June 2010 in Nashville's Green Hills area - check it out!

This makes a lot of sense as the first time homebuyer's tax credit was about to expire.  It appears that Versailles Townhomes, Burton Hills, Four Seasons and Arden Place had the most in condo sales for these months.

Nashville's Green Hills Area Condo Sales:  March and April 2010 Market Report

I think it's safe to say that many folks took advantage of the First Time Buyer Tax Credit which expired at the end of April 2010.  At least this Green Hillls Condo Sale Market Report seems to indicate that!


In the next couple of months we'll be able to see how the Green Hills Condo Market does without the government gimmicks...

 Nashville's Green Hills Area Condo Sales:  January and February 2010 Market Report

 During the months of January and February, there were 9 Condo Sales in the Green Hills area.  This is one more sale than we saw in the month of December 2009.  Per month, this is WAY DOWN from what we saw in December.  Also, for some reason a condo sale from the Lofts on Eighth were included in this report, which I took straight from MLS data.  So that is an average of four Green Hills condo sales per month for January and February 2010.

Well, it's certainly a sign of the slow-down on the first-time buyer's tax credit that condo sales for December 2009 continued to decline.  Here are the numbers for condo sales in Green Hills from the previous month. 

And here are the Green Hills Condo Sales for December 2009:

Burton Hills and Golf Club Place Condos topped the Green Hills condo Sales for the month of December 2009 in Nashville!

In September, sales were a little bit slower in the Green Hills Condo Market than the previous booming August month!  But there were still people moving into condos!  Have a look:
 
Nashville's Green Hills continues to be a place that people want to live, with its easy access to interstates, dining, shopping and relative safety.  Go Green Hills!
