In these warm summer months, I've really enjoyed walking around and frequently the restaurants and shops in Nashville's 12th South area. I also received a gift card from my bf for Ray's Plants which I am looking forward to redeeming when the weather cools off some!
As far as the real estate market in the 12th South area, May and June 2010 showed a healthy 17 home sales!

I think it's safe to say that many folks took advantage of the First Time Buyer Tax Credit which expired at the end of April 2010. At least this Green Hillls Condo Sale Market Report seems to indicate that!
In the next couple of months we'll be able to see how the Green Hills Condo Market does without the government gimmicks...

Nashville Area Oak Hill Home Sales: November 2009 Market Report
Oak Hill home sales continued to sag in November 2009. Down yet another closing from the previous month, Oak Hill showed only three closings during the November month.
The good news is that the Oak Hill home sales price per square foot is up from $146.74 to $155.80!

The Green Hills area of Nashville is proving itself to be a popular place to live with 18 condo sales for the month of October 2009!
During the month of September 2009 in Green Hills there were 15 condo sales, so we are up by 3 for October!
