The July 2009 Market Report for Nashville's Downtown Condos is looking pretty good! AND, my extremely clever and computer savvy boyfriend just put the report in this grooooovy new format! Yay! Hopefully, this is easier for you out there in cyber space to read!
One thing I like about this new format is that not only do you get the address in Nashville where the condo is located, but you also get to see which downtown condo complex each closing occured in. It's just better all around!

May 2009 proved to be a great month for condo sales in Downtown Nashville! When comparing it to last month's report, we are up by two!
If you have not checked out Downtown Nashville living, but feel an interest in it, definitely take a look at what is offered! From 1890's renovation spaces to brand new ultra modern loft living, there is quite a bit to choose from!

Results for Downtown Nashville Condo Sales for the month of April 2009 are in! Represented in these 10 closings are Academy Square, Bennie Dillon, Bristol on Broadway, District Lofts, the Viridian and the new Terrazzo!
The results for March 2009 were a bit stronger and I look forward to seeing what happens during the summer!
Nashville has seen quite a bit of downtown development lately and there are currently LOTS of condos to choose from!
Don't forget that if you are a first-time buyer, there is an $8,000 tax credit awaiting you if you purchase before December 1, 2009!

WOW, what a huge difference in sales from last month's market report on Downtown Nashville Condos to this month!!!
New on the board this month is Terrazzo - and then we had the regulars like the Viridian, Bristol on Broadway, the Rutledge House, 3rd and Harrison (Harrison Square), and 807 18th.

Downtown Nashville continues to become a hipper place to live - it seems that almost every day I talk to someone who has an interest in living downtown. There are several cool loft places to pick from, a renovated 1800's building, and then there are the newer "highrise" types … (1 comments)

Here are the closings for Downtown Nashville's Condo Market in December 2008. There were six closings, which is up from the previous month's two closings!
The condos in this Comparable Market Analysis were located in Bennie Dillon Condos, Morgan Park Place, Harrison Square (which was a short sale), Ambrose Condo (foreclosure), Viridian (foreclosure), and another one at Harrison Square.
One thing I have personally noticed is that builders and developers have been offering some nice incentives, as well as reductions in price to move their available units, so if you are currently looking into buying a condo in downtown Nashville … (0 comments)

Here are the closings for November 2008's Downtown Nashville Condo Real Estate Market! Only two closings in November - not so good still. I think we are going to see some better results for December, but if you are hoping to sell your downtown condo any time soon, think low low pricing to get it sold!
