Downtown Nashville Condo Sales: November 2009 Market Report While Downtown Nashville Condo Sales were higher in number during October 2009, November 2009 still had a healthy number! Just take a look at the condo sales for downtown Nashville this past month: The Riverfront Condos, Bristol on Broadway and the Viridian all topped the charts this month as the downtown Nashville condos which drew the most homebuyers for the month of November. And with good reason! The extremely affordable Riverfront Condos are always a good bet, the Bristol on Broadway has a great location and I personally love the Viridian! I

Downtown Nashville Condo Sales: September 2009 Market Report Tells All! In September 2009, condo sales in Downtown Nashville were definitely healthy! Just have a look at this market report! From the looks of it, Downtown Nashville Condo Sales were the greatest in these different Condo Complexes: Velocity in the Gulch, the Viridian and the Rhythm at Music Row. The Velocity in the Gulch is starting to be a popular place to live, and since this past month they have been offering to match the $8k tax credit! Here are the closings for Downtown Nashville's Condo Market in December 2008. There were six closings, which is up from the previous month's two closings! The condos in this Comparable Market Analysis were located in Bennie Dillon Condos, Morgan Park Place, Harrison Square (which was a short sale), Ambrose Condo (foreclosure), Viridian (foreclosure), and another one at Harrison Square. One thing I have personally noticed is that builders and developers have been offering some nice incentives, as well as reductions in price to move their available units, so if you are currently looking into buying a condo in downtown Nashville

October 2008 turned out to be a better month than August for the downtown Nashville condo closings. There were closings in Werthan Mills, the Viridian, Ireland Street in Hope Gardens, Harrison Square and Morgan Park Place. Numbers are showing an average sales price per square foot at $200.03. Downtown Condo Living: It's the new suburbia! LOL... But really, living downtown has become a very fashionable thing to do in Nashville, TN as of late. Walk or ride your scooter to work, hang out in the bars and clubs at night and walk home (with friends, please). Or maybe go dancin' at Roberts and get yourself a new pair of cowboy boots while 'yer' at it!
