Condo association fees are $ 800 per month and cover the common areas, maintenance on the exterior of the building, lawn care, pool, trash removal, parking, roof, elevator and the lobby.

Shopping is just across the Linton Bridge.  There is a Publix supermarket, movies, restaurants, drugstore and a host of other stores.  It is also a stone's throw from Delray's famed Atlantic Avenue with its many fine restaurants, shoppes, galleries and nightlife.  Just south about 10 minutes is Boca Raton and Mizner Park with its many fine restaurants, shops and new iPic Theatre.   

For travel, South Ocean Condo is conveniently located between West Palm Beach International Airport as well as Fort Lauderdale International Airport.    A little further would be Miami International Airport.  There is easy access to I-95, houses of worship, medical facilities, Town Center Mall, schools and so much more.
