 The Boynton Beach Real Estate Market continues to show that when homes are priced right, they sell.   Overall, the total number of closed sales in Boynton Beach was up again this month over last.   In my opinion, we are still in a price-driven market.  Prices increased across the board this month but still remain down overall.  There is a good supply of well-priced homes in the Boynton Beach area at this time.   Of course, this varies by community.

In my opinion, the Delray Beach Real Estate Market continues to show that when homes are priced right, they sell.  The total number of closed sales decreased across the board in Delray Beach this month.   This could be due to several factors one of them being low inventory or the end of season.  Prices of closed sales of single family homes dipped slightly while attached homes showed a decrease this month over last.  Inventory remains low in many communities.  This is a new phenomenon … (2 comments)
