I recently got a call from a gentleman in New Jersey looking for a dog friendly home in south Florida. He has two larger dogs (anything over 25 lbs in Florida), was unfamiliar with the area and looking for a pet-friendly REALTOR® to help.
He went on to tell me he was selling his home in New Jersey and moving to south Florida to be with his college sweetheart. He was divorced, and her husband had passed away. They had dated for two years in college and found each other again on Facebook. Where else?
I recently helped someone who was relocating to south Florida with a dog buy a villa in Delray Beach. After looking around and seeing what was available, the community she chose was Emerald Pointe.
