My wife and I have decided to sell one of our smaller apartment complexes here in Dyersburg.
This property is located on the corner of Shelby Drive and Merriman(1500 Shelby Drive if looking on Google earth) and consists of a 3 bedroom house, a triplex(all 2 bedroom), a duplex(both 2 bedroom) and a 4-plex(1) 3 bedroom and (3) 2 bedroom.
I purchased the house in 1986 and built the triplex and duplex in 1987. The 4-plex was built only 7-8 years ago.
Total rents are $4115 and all the properties are fully occupied.
