The life of a web start-up....... it's exhilarating because everyday you're able to chart your success.  You either have a great day and grow with several new listings and a handful of accounts, or you hit road blocks and have issues that need fixing.  It's not for the faint of heart, that's for sure!  You have to be able to eat criticism for breakfast, and bounce back when someone tells you that they don't like you or your website.  But it's also much like being a gardner who's planted seeds in early spring and is watching them grow, or seeing baby shrubs that you planted last season start to leaf out into beautiful spring color......this is the feeling that makes it all worth it!
 
I recently read an article in TIME magazine that spoke directly about the current season for web start-ups, and the most helpful bit of advice was that you have to have PATIENCE!  Wow, what a lesson....  Patience is so important.  Here at www.realestatenugget.com, we've committed to the LONG HAUL....We've been building this for a year, we just launched about a month ago, and we're committed to another two or three years of building our database.
