How many times is too many times?
So, when we bought our house our realty professional lived on the other side of town.  What that meant for our family is this:  we did not get to go into our contracted home until our final walk through --- and it was not fun.
I decided that when I worked with a buyer and their family I would offer two return visits between offer to closing--and that had been working wonderfully.  But, in our new age of short sale the timeline has slightly grown.  And as such I am finding that there may be a need for a third.  This can be time intensive, and although it is flexible and is usually a fun and casual time.  And I have wireless with me, so while they measure and sit in their new rooms---I work on database, etc.
But the question is this--how many, if any, visits do you schedule?  Or do you.  What type of unusual or different service do you provide for your buyers between the offer and closing?  Just curious!
